When refunds apply

When refunds don't apply

• An incorrect, private, or invalid link or username was provided. Please double-check your details at checkout — we deliver to exactly what you submit.
• Your account or content was set to private, deleted, or its username changed before or during delivery.
• The order has already been delivered in full as described.
• A change of mind after the order has started or completed (in these cases we'll always try to make it right with a refill or credit first).
