SidesMedia is a remote-first social media growth company, founded in 2017 and operating as Social FZ LLC in the United Arab Emirates. A small distributed team runs the platform, the 24/7 support desk and the editorial side of the site for creators, artists and businesses across 60+ platforms. We hire rarely and carefully, mostly in support, growth, engineering and content.

How we work

• Remote-first, always. The team is distributed across time zones — which is how support genuinely runs 24/7 rather than nine-to-five in one country.
• Small teams, real ownership. There is no layer between doing the work and shipping it. What you build reaches creators the same week.
• Written-first. Decisions live in documents, not meetings, so the timezone spread costs nothing.
• We promote from within. Most of the people running things here started somewhere else in the company.

The roles we hire for

• Customer support. The busiest team. Fast, plain-English answers to order questions — the "first reply under 15 minutes" promise is theirs to keep.
• Growth & SEO. Search, content strategy and the measurement behind both.
• Engineering. TypeScript, Next.js and the order and payments pipeline.
• Content & editorial. Growth guides written from real platform experience, to the standard set out in our editorial policy.

How hiring works

1. You send a note saying what you would work on and what you have shipped.
2. A short written exchange — no take-home projects built for free.
3. One or two conversations with the people you would actually work with.
4. A decision, with an answer either way.
